With 100,000 tertiary students in one of the most diverse cities in the world, Auckland is a massive mission field for reaching students for Christ. Student-led groups and international student ministry are active on campuses across the city, including Christian Union (formerly Evangelical Union) which started at the University of Auckland in 1927.
